This boulangerie is characterised by natural materials offset by metallic accents and softened by textiles. The space is anchored by a sculptural granite counter shaped by function.
The space pays homage to the existing architecture, revealing original brick walls and a pressed tin ceiling. The new elements touch the existing fabric lightly and expressively call out any incisions or additions. The new entry cut into the façade is framed by raw aluminium blades with depth connoting the original triple-skin brick walls.
